Adding or modifying a pool. fence, shed, landscaping or addition?

This form would be used to request approval from the Architectural Committee for items referenced in the covenants, conditions and restrictions.  If you find that you have already modified your property, or, are storing items that require Architectural Committee approval, please complete the form and submit it as outlined on the form.
