The Greater Pines Homeowners Association Inc. is a Chapter 617 voluntary, membership-based, not-for-profit organization. GPHOA Inc. is contracted by Lake County to manage the subdivision's common areas, property, and facilities. GPHOA Inc. is allocated funding from Lake County, which issues annual non-ad valorem assessments that provide for the common areas of the Greater Pines Municipal Service Benefit Unit.
