Greater Pines is a deed-restricted community and as such is governed by various documents, available below. The by-laws outline how the Association should be governed, including meeting frequency, elections and responsibilities of the Board of Directors etc. The covenants are specific to each of the 10 phases and outline what is or is not permitted on each property such as fences, sheds and other improvements/alterations. As a homeowner in Greater Pines, please familiarize yourself with out community's by-laws as well as the covenants for your specific phase.

Architectural Control Committee Review Form
Many improvements/alterations to your property require the approval of Greater Pines HOA's Architectural Control Committee. These include fences, sheds, home additions etc. Please refer to the covenants that govern your phase for specific information regarding modifications to your property and submit the Architectural Review Application available at the link below:

Volunteer Interest Form Volunteers make our community great! Opportunities to serve on the Social Committee, Neighborhood Watch, one-time project or special events are available and all volunteers are welcome. Please submit this form and we will contact you soon. Thank you!
Membership Application- Membership in your HOA is voluntary and the $20 annual dues pays for social gatherings, the bi-annual neighborhood garage sale and various events throughout the year. Only dues paying members may vote for the board of directors at the annual meeting. (Note: This membership is separate from the HOA Assessment Fees that are collected annually with your property taxes which are mandatory and pay for the upkeep and maintenance of the Community and common areas including utility bills, insurance etc.)
