 BOARD OF DIRECTORS\BUDGET MEETING MINUTES
February 10, 2010

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P. M.

Introductions:
Directors:  Shanna Palenkas, President; Sandra Herman, Vice President; Chris Pavone, Secretary\Treasurer and Jack Sergio, LCAM – Association - Community Association Manager

A certification of Directors quorum was given, all board members present.

Proof of meeting notice was given.

The Board of Directors Minutes from the January 13, 2010 meeting were approved by motion from Shanna Palenkas and seconded by Sandra Herman.

Treasurers Report:
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Jack Sergio and was approved by motion from Shanna Palenkas and seconded by Sandra Herman.

 Manager’s Report:
The Manager’s Report was given by Jack Sergio and was approved by motion from Shanna Palenkas and seconded by Sandra Herman.

 Old Business:
There was no Old Business to discuss.

 New Business:
The 2011 Budget was approved by motion from Shanna Palenkas and seconded by Chris Pavone.

 The board approved lowering the speed limit on Loblolly Lane from 30 MPH to 25 MPH by motion from Shanna Palenkas and seconded by Chris Pavone.

 Towing cars were discussed.

 With no other business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 7:09 P. M.

 The next Board of Directors meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at 7:00 P. M.
