ANNUAL HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MEETING

The Annual Association Meeting for Homeowners will be on Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 at the Pool Cabana, 7:00 PM
 
Annual Meeting Packets have been mailed to all Greater Pines homeowners.  
When you receive your packet, please read through the materials carefully and note these additional details:
 
Because of the pandemic, meeting attendees are encouraged to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
 
For your comfort, it is suggested you bring a lawn chair.
 
If you are not comfortable attending the meeting in-person, you may still participate by:
A)    Making sure your 2021 membership dues ($20) are paid prior to the meeting. Dues can be mailed or paid on our website at www.GreaterPinesHOA.com
B)    Submitting your Proxy prior to the meeting by either mailing or depositing in the DROP BOX located outside the HOA office door under the cabana. You must use the   original Proxy from the packet that was mailed to you. If you need a replacement Proxy, please contact the HOA via the website.
 
Please note it is imperative for membership dues to be paid and Proxy be received BEFORE the meeting start time if you would like to vote in your Board of Directors elections.  Volunteer positions are always available. If you would like to run for a seat on the Board of Directors, serve on a committee, or occasionally lend a helping hand, please send an email to GPHOA@cfl.rr.com
