Board meeting updates from 05/13/24

 

Lake county rejected the proposal for the new signs and have sent them back to company for changes again. They are waiting on the contract from the electrical company.

 

Contours our current landscapers have started some of the landscaping at the monuments. 

 

The stop signs that were agreed upon by the community have been installed.

 

Code enforcement is in the neighborhood and will be making weekly visits to address some concerns. 

 

Next board meeting will be June 10, 2024 at 9AM.
