HOA Community Landscaping
Posted on May 2nd, 2016

Your HOA would like to formally address the community landscaping situation.  When reviewing the contracts the board noticed the previous landscape company was not fulfilling their full contract.  We noticed weeds where they were supposed to be grass and jobs were not completed according to their contract.  As a board we were bidding out for a new landscaping company and decided to go with Proscape an award winning full service landscaping company.  Proscape work with over 100 communities and came with letters of recommendation.  Some of you may have noticed the common area is not in best condition for landscape.  We have upgraded not just the landscape but the irrigation as well.  When we canceled the contract with our previous landscaping company they did not finish the term of the contract which resulted the community decline.  Currently Proscape is cleaning up the community as well making improvements.  The HOA has been in contact with Proscape regarding areas of coverage and what we expect.   Our community is in the state of transition and this process will take about 30-60 days.  If you have any further concerns please contact the HOA directly at gphoa@cfl.rr.com or 352-404-7878.
