Dear Residents, 

 

The Board of Directors would like to provide you with an update on the installation of the new playground. We are currently waiting on Lake County to issue the permit to start installation. Our vendor KorKat Playground and Sales have completed the construction of the new playground however we are not allowed to start installation until we have the proper documentation from Lake County. Currently the new estimated completion date will be in the middle to end of September.
