The annual meeting of the Homeowners Association will be held on Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 at the Pool Cabana, 7:00 PM.

Informational packets have been mailed to all Greater Pines homeowners. 

When you receive your packet, please read through the materials carefully and note these additional details:

 

Because of the pandemic, meeting attendees are expected to practice social distancing AND wear a facial mask.

For your comfort, you may want to bring a lawn chair.

 

If you are not comfortable attending the meeting in-person, you can still participate by:

A) Making sure your 2020 membership dues ($20) are paid prior to the meeting. Dues can be mailed or paid using the "DUES" tab on this website.

B) Submitting your Proxy prior to the meeting by either mailing or depositing in the DROP BOX located outside the HOA office door under the cabana.

    You must use the original Proxy from the packet that was mailed to you. Contact the HOA if you need a replacement Proxy.

 

Please note it is imperative for membership dues to be paid and Proxy be received BEFORE the meeting start time if you would like to vote in your Board of Directors elections.

 

Numerous volunteer positions are available at this time. If you would like to run for a seat on the Board of Directors, serve on a committee, or occasionally lend a helping hand, we would love to hear from you!
