All non-member residents of the subdivision are invited to attend the Annual Residents’ Meeting to receive community updates, learn about neighborhood initiatives, and share feedback on matters affecting the community. This meeting provides an opportunity to stay informed and engage in open discussion to help maintain a positive, well-maintained neighborhood.

 

While the community's financials may be discussed. The financial report will be provided at the 7 PM Annual Meeting of the Membership, which is open only to Members in Good Standing.
